It's amazing. It's ridiculous. And it's possibly 100 percent bullshit because - and I ain't no vet or nothing - but I don't think that tranquilizers are instantaneous.
It's a great, sort of guilty, unconscious reaction to how Putin has completely obliterated the press in Russia. On the day or the day before this story broke, there was yet another journalist killed in Russia. So yeah.
